A Primitivo to be drunk every day, with a touch of Puglia's sunshine. It has the freshness and flavour of raspberries and other red fruits, but with the added complexity of a wine aged in oak barrels. It pairs well with the southern Italian cheese Caciocavallo (gourd-shaped cheese) and young Parmigiano Reggiano.
