This is a beautiful wine with a bright orange colour, made from 100% Grey Grenache, a rare variety in Spain. The vineyards used for this wine are located in the desert region of Aragón, where less than 1 kg of grapes are harvested from each vine, and the production is limited to less than 500 bottles. This is one of those wines. The submarine ageing process adds to the complexity and smoothness of the wine. The winery describes it as "a new wine every 15 minutes".
