Conditions for returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases
If the goods have been sent in error, please contact us immediately so that we can return or exchange them.
If the goods are damaged during delivery: please contact the courier immediately for a refund or exchange (except for damaged sealing wax).
If you receive a wine of poor quality, such as bouchonnet, please contact us immediately. If the wine is suspected to be defective, please insert the cork deeply back into the bottle, make sure it is not leaking and return the wine to us, cash on delivery, so that we can check the condition of the returned wine. If the wine is found to be defective, it will be exchanged or refunded. In the event that we are unable to provide the same product due to availability, we will issue a refund.

If the bottle is opened and exposed to the air, the wine will start to oxidise and we will not be able to exchange it more than 7 days after opening.

The quality of the wine may deteriorate depending on how and where it is stored, even if the bottle is unopened. Wine should not be stored in direct sunlight, in areas subject to extreme temperature changes or where there is a lot of vibration.
