The vineyard is located in Ayerbe, at the foot of the Loarre Mountains, where warm southerly winds and cold northerly winds from the mountains help to produce ripe Syrah. The vineyard's owners are committed to environmental and sustainability issues, and to producing grapes and wines that are as unaltered and 'natural' as possible. It is in this spirit that we produce our 100% Syrah wines. This wine has the characteristic peppery, spicy, black fruit flavours of the Syrah grape, which have become more lustrous, creamy and elegant with ageing on the seabed.
